for the Placement of Piers, Wharves, Swimming Rafts, Inflatables and
Mooring Buoys in the Waters of Rock Lake.

a)	Discussion of Jefferson County Bridge Aid.
b)	Discussion on proposed Referenda Question to exceed the state
imposed levy cap of 2% for the next fiscal year, 2009, additional
money to be used for highway funds.
c)	Discussion on North End Boat Launch Parking Lot and State Grant
award.
d)	Information on DNR handicap permits issued to people for the
operation of electric trolling motors on Mud Lake, Hope Lake and Bean
Lake. Town Ordinance does not allow the use of motors on these lakes.

14)	Adjournment-Anything added to agenda will be posted in the Town
by Friday, June 6, 2008, at the three official posting places within
the town.		
** Any discussion of the proposed amendments to the town’s ordinance
regulating piers wharves, etc, will not be on the Town Board agenda
until it is forwarded to the Town Board by the Town Plan Commission
and Joint Rock Lake Committee**
