7) Old Business:
a) City's zoning ordinance - The City will revisit the issue early in 2012.
b) Discuss RLIA representative attending JRLC meeting to review Rock Lake Management Plan progress. – Andy Petrosek’s spreadsheet summarizing progress on recommendations has been provided to all committee members. Point by point discussion will be ongoing.
c) Chloride Testing – The lake has turned, and samples were gathered on 10/3/11 by Glen and Patricia Cicero. Remaining samples will be gathered according to the schedule Patricia provided. The State Hygiene Lab will perform the analysis, and the costs have been budgeted for.
d) Discussion of requirements for removing sunken vehicles and vessels from the lake. The state statute regarding littering pertains, and allows fines up to $500 and 30 days to remove the vehicle or vessel, but the

f) Discussion of methods to increase awareness of lake issues in the community.
g) Review the two letters from the JRLC to the Town Board regarding swale cuts on Shorewood Hills Rd and regulation of traffic on lake ice.

a) Discuss inviting a representative from the city to our next meeting to review the zoning ordinance.
b) Discuss Progress on the following items of the Rock Lake Management Plan:

City Council, Town Board and Plan Commission members may attend for informational purposes. Joint Rock Lake Committee members may attend Rock Lake Improvement Association meetings for information gathering purposes.
