Meeting was called to order by Plan Chairperson Eugene Hasel.  All
members were present accept James Battist.  Motion made by Steve Nass
to adopt the agenda, seconded by Tom Berns.  Carried.  Motion made by
Steve Nass to approve the minutes of the August monthly board meeting,
seconded by Tom Berns. Carried.  
Review of Applications:
Motion made by Steve Nass to send a letter of requirements to Josh
Schultz of DRMR Development regarding the condo development on CTH B,
letter will include:  Consider a natural resourse zone for all
remaining land of outlots on shoreline and up behind condos, wetland
delineation study to be done, define the number of condo units, park
land dedication must be surveyed above the ordinanry high water mark,
environmental corridor designation, and configure the park  land along
the shoreline running from the parcel on the east to Shultz park on
the west and should equal 26,000square feet, seconded by Tom Berns. 
Carried.  No action on the application for rezone for condo property
and will be postponed until the next monthly meeting where a
representative is required to be present or re-application will be
necessary.  Members of the audience made comments such as, Patricia
Cicero handed out information about wetland soils and soil inclusions,
aquatic habitates, and pier placement in sensitive areas on Rock Lake,
Tom Pezzi commented on wetland preservation for the shoreline on the
property with condo development.
Motion made by Steve Nass to adjourn, seconded by Tom Berns. 
Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
