Town of Lake Mills
September 11, 2007

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Heinz.  All members
were present. Supervisor Schroeder motioned to approve the agenda with
the added amendments and the exclusion of item мdо under Applications,
seconded by Supervisor Berns. Carried.
Motion made by Supervisor Berns to approve the minutes of the August
monthly meeting, seconded by Supervisor Schroeder.  Carried.
    Motion made by Supervisor Schroeder to approve the Treasurerнs
Report, seconded by Supervisor Berns.  Carried. Motion made by
Supervisor Schroeder to approve the General Fund Vouching of
$111,968.42, seconded by Supervisor Berns.  Carried.  
    Chief Robert Delaney read the police and lake patrol reports. 
Supervisor Schroeder reported that the Cambridge Fire Commission had a
meeting on August 27 where they discussed items relating to spending
money on updated lighting for the Fire/EMS building, new radios which
would be compatible with Dane Countyнs radios and charging fees for
not only EMS calls but also Fire Calls. The Lake Mills Fire Commission
will be meeting in the near future
Motion made by Supervisor Berns to approve the application for the
4th annual Rock сn-Roll Regatta on Rock Lake for September 15th and
16th, seconded by Supervisor Schroeder.  Roll Call Vote:  Chairperson
Heinz-aye, Supervisor Schroeder-aye, Supervisor Berns-aye.  Carried.
Motion made by Supervisor Schroeder to approve the Non-intoxicating,
tobacco and cigarette, and liquor license for Bortнs Nest/Jean and
Greg Harbort, seconded by Supervisor Berns.  Carried.
No action taken on the application for rezone for Drmr Development.
Motion made by Supervisor Schroeder to approve the 3 year snowplowing
contract with Forest Landscaping, seconded by Supervisor Berns.  Roll
Call Vote:  Chairperson Heinz-aye, Supervisor Schroeder-aye,
Supervisor Berns-aye.  Carried.
No action taken on the discussion of the Shorewood Hills Road runoff
issues.  After reviewing pictures of the problem areas on Shorewood
Hills Road the board will continue to look in to solutions for the
drainage.
No action taken on the discussion of ditching on Elm Point Road. They
will set up a meeting with Forest Landscaping to discuss different
methods of ditching.
    Motion made by Chairperson Heinz to make changes and publish the
proposed ordinance for Waterway Obstructions, seconded by Supervisor
Schroeder.  Carried.
Motion made by Supervisor Schroeder to adjourn, seconded by
Supervisor Berns.  Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
