    Plan Commission Chairperson Eugene Hasel called the meeting to
order.  All members were present.  Motion made by Tom Berns to adopt
the agenda, seconded by Steve Nass.  Carried.  Motion made by Tom
Berns to approve the minutes of the October monthly meeting, seconded
by James Battist.  Carried.  Chairperson Hasel reported about a
workshop that he attended where a graduate studies group from
UW-Madison asked farmers about their opinions regarding farmland
preservation, land use issues and development.  They will compile the
information and have it available to review.
    No action taken on the discussion of the request for rezone made by
DRMR.  This agenda item will remain tabled and off of the agenda until
Mr. Josh Schultz contacts the town to have the item back on the
agenda.
    No action taken on the discussion of ordinance 5-4, the Plan
Commission will hold a workshop on Nov. 14th at 7:00 pm to review the
first two sections of the ordinance (pages5-4-1 through5-4-9). 
Suggestions made about portions that need work are :  an overview of
the application process, density issues for subdivisions, Park fee
collection needs to be update to match state statutes, park land
dedication of 2,000 square feet?-is that a set requirement?, Language:
clean up wording in ordinances.
Motion made by Steve Nass to adjourn, seconded by James Battist. 
Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
