January 2, 2008

Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm by Plan Chairperson Eugene Hasel. 
All members were except James Battist. Motion made and carried to
approve the agenda.  Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the minutes
of the December monthly meeting, seconded by Tom Berns.  Carried. 
Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the parcel split and rezone for
the Heller Trust for a buildable 2-acre A-3 lot on CTH B, seconded by
Tom Berns.  Carried.
No action taken on discussion of pending applications.
No action taken on the discussion of town ordinance 5-4, the plan
commission worked on further revisions and scheduled a workshop for
Jan 15, 2008 at 7:30 to continue revisions. 
Motion made and carried to adjourn.  
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
