December 4, 2007

    Meeting was called to order by Plan Commission Chairperson Eugene
Hasel.  All members were present except James Battist.  Motion made by
Tom Berns to approve the minutes of the November meeting, seconded by
Hope Oostdik.  Carried.  Town Board Chairperson Heinz reported that
the Pyramid Liquor Store was seeking information regarding zoning
regulations for an addition to the hotel.  
Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the request for Accessory Land
Division of a three acre lot with the existing residence and
outbuildings for Marianne Buchanan on Hope Lake Road, seconded by Hope
Oostdik.  Roll Call Vote:  Plan Chairperson Eugene Hasel-aye, Tom
Berns-aye, Steve Nass-aye, Hope Oostdik-aye, James Battist-absent. 
Carried  Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the request for split
and rezone from A-1 to A-3, two parcels referred to as Lot 1 and Lot 3
on the preliminary plat provided, both of which are one acre in size,
seconded by Tom Berns.  Roll Call vote:  Plan Chairperson Eugene
Hasel-aye, Tom Berns-aye, Steve Nass-aye, Hope Oostdik-aye, James
Battist-absent. Carried.  
Motion made Steve Nass to approve the change in the monthly meeting
date to Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at 7:30pm at the town hall,
seconded by Tom Berns.  Carried.
The plan commission spent some time making updates and changes to the
5-4 Subdivision Ordinance, then set a workshop date for January 15,
2008 at 7:00 pm at the town hall to continue working on the
ordinance.
Motion made by Tom Berns to adjourn, seconded by Steve Nass. 
Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
