June 3, 2008

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Eugene Hasel.  All members
were present    Motion made by Hope Oostdik to adopt the agenda,
seconded by James Battist.  Carried. Motion made by Hope Oostdik to
approve the monthly meeting minutes of May, seconded by James Battist.
Carried.  No action taken on the request for accessory land division
application made by Jeff Schollmeyer, application has not been
completed by Mr. Schollmeyer due to other circumstances.
    No action taken on the discussion of the proposed amendments to the
town pier ordinance.  The plan commission listened to several concerns
and questions presented by the public present at the meeting.  A work
session with the Joint Rock Lake Committee was scheduled for July
16th, 7:00pm at the town hall to continue the review of the proposed
ordinance.
    No action taken on review of possible violations in the town.  
    Motion made by James Battist to adjourn, seconded by Steve Nass. 
Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
