Town of Lake Mills
July 1, 2008

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Hasel.  All members were
present.  
Motion made by Hope Oostdik to adopt the agenda, seconded by James
Battist.  Carried.  Motion made by Hope Oostdik to approve the minutes
of the June monthly meeting, seconded by James Battist.  Carried.  No
reports were given.
    Review of applications:  Schollmeyer’s application was never
completed.
No action taken on the discussion of the proposed pier ordinance,
several questions and comments were covered on the topic.
The work session with the Joint Rock Lake Committee was scheduled for
July 16th, 7:00 pm to discuss question each committee has about
ordinance as well as reviewing the state’s law.
Violations:  Gene Hasel questioned whether or not King Mini Storage
has a permit for outdoor storage?
Motion made by James Battist to adjourn, seconded by Steve Nass.
Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
