September 2, 2008

Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Eugene Hasel.  All members
were present.  Motion made by  Tom Berns to move item “c” of old
business before item “b”, seconded by Steve Nass. Carried.  Motion
made by Tom Berns to approve the monthly meeting minutes from August
5, 2008, seconded by Steve Nass.  Carried.  
Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the request for rezone of  3.7
acres from A-1 to A-3Natural Resources as requested by Charles and
Sonja Untz on Hwy 89, seconded by Tom Berns.  Roll Call Vote:  Eugene
Hasel-aye, Steve Nass-aye, Tom Berns-aye, Hope Oostdik-aye, James
Battist-aye  Carried.  Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the
homestead parcel split and rezone of 2.5 acres of the existing
residence from A-1 to A-3 for Charles and Sonja Untz on Hwy 89,
seconded by Tom Berns.  Roll Call Vote:  Eugene Hasel-aye, Steve
Nass-aye, Tom Berns-aye, Hope Oostdik-aye, James Battist-aye 
Carried.
Motion made by Steve Nass to share the draft of proposed town
ordinance 5-6” Regulation  for the Placement of Piers, Wharfs,
Swimming Rafts, Inflatables, and Mooring Buoys on the Waters of Rock
Lake” with the Joint Rock Lake Committee at the September 17, 2008
work session, seconded by Tom Berns.  Carried.
Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the amended draft of proposed
town ordinance 5-6” Regulation  for the Placement of Piers, Wharfs,
Swimming Rafts, Inflatables, and Mooring Buoys on the Waters of Rock
Lake” with the Joint Rock Lake Committee at the September 17, 2008
work session, seconded by Tom Berns.  Carried.  One additional change
was made after the first motion was made.
Motion made by Steve Nass to adjourn, seconded by Tom Berns. 
Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
