May 8, 2007


Meeting was called to order by Chairperson Heinz.  All members were
present.  Motion made by Supervisor Schroeder to adopt the agenda,
seconded by Supervisor Berns. Carried.  Motion made by Supervisor
Berns to approve the minutes, seconded by Supervisor Schroeder. 
Carried.  Motion made by Supervisor Schroeder to approve the amendment
changing the total of April’s Disbursements from $140170.71 to
$140,170.41, seconded by Supervisor Berns.  Carried.  Motion made by
Supervisor Schroeder to approve the May Treasurer’s Report, seconded
by Supervisor Berns.  Carried.  Motion made by Supervisor Schroeder to
approve the General Fund Vouching of $77,234.34, seconded by
Supervisor Berns.  Carried...  
Chief Robert Delaney read the police report.  No report of the Joint
Rock Lake Committee.  
    Motion made by Supervisor Berns to approve the rezone of 2 acres to
Natural Resource on Hwy O for Robert Turtenwald, seconded by
Supervisor Schroeder.  Carried    
    No action taken on the proposed Fireworks Ordinance.
    Motion made by Supervisor Berns to adopt Town Ordinance
“Comprehensive Land Use Plan”, seconded by Supervisor Schroeder.  Roll
Call Vote:  Chairperson Heinz-aye, Supervisor Schroeder-aye,
Supervisor Berns-aye.  Carried.  
    Motion made by Chairperson Heinz to approve the crackfilling project
bid from Fahrner Asphalt of Nelson Lane, Ivan Street, and Stoney Creek
Road , seconded by Supervisor Schroeder.  Carried.
    Motion made by Chairperson Heinz to approve the crackfilling project
bid from TAZ for Mansfield Road, Kuhl Road, Oasis Lane, and Park Lane,
seconded by Supervisor Berns.  Carried.  
    Motion made by Supervisor Berns to approve the seal coat bid from
Fahrner for North Shore Road, Shorewood Meadows Road and Shorewood
Meadows Circle, seconded by Supervisor Schroeder.  Carried.
    Motion made by Supervisor Berns to approve the Wedge and Seal
project bid from Fahrner for North Kroghville Road, seconded by
Supervisor Schroeder.  Carried.  No bids were accepted for
Conservation Road Wedge and Seal project.
    Motion made by Supervisor Schroeder to approve the New Road
Construction project for East Kroghville Road Cul-de-sac project bid
from Forest Landscaping, seconded by Supervisor Berns.  Carried.  No
bids were accepted for the Lakeview Road new road construction.
    No bid accepted for the Reconstruction Projects.
    Motion made by Supervisor Schroeder to approve the resolution to
dedicate a small portion of land on the corner of Woodfield Lane and
Shorewood Hills Road, seconded by Supervisor Berns.  Roll Call Vote: 
Chairperson Heinz-aye, Supervisor Schroeder-aye, Supervisor
Schroeder-aye, Supervisor Berns-aye.  Carried.    
    Motion made by Supervisor Schroeder to table the discussion of the
request for variance and conditional use for Michael and Cynthia
Chmell on Elm Point Road, seconded by Supervisor Berns.  Carried.
    Motion made by Supervisor Schroeder to adjourn, seconded by
Supervisor Berns.  Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
