June 5, 2007

Meeting was called to order by Plan Chairperson Eugene Hasel, all
members except Hope Oostdik were present. Town Clerk will record the
minutes.  
Motion made by Tom Berns to adopt the agenda with the addition of the
discussion of technology usage by the town, seconded by Steve Nass. 
Carried.
    Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the minutes of the May Plan
Commission meeting.  
    Informational Discussion for Lake Park West Condos:  Josh Schultz
presented the Plan Commission with a tentative site plan for the
condos, the town spelled out their key issues which were park land
dedication (potentially the seven lots across the road along the lake
would be dedicated), the access to the condo site would become a town
road and will need to meet the standards of a town road prior to being
dedicated.   Josh Schultz will need to apply for Zoning and
Conditional Use permits for the town to move forward with the
project.
    No action taken on the discussion of the proposed airport on East
Kroghville Road.  Land Owners will need to be contacted for additional
information.
    Motion made by Steve Nass to pursue the purchasing of AV equipment
for town use, seconded by Tom Berns.  Carried.  Tom Berns made a brief
demonstration to the Committee and residents present regarding what
the town would need for equipment for real time GIS mapping and for
presentations.
    Motion made by Steve Nass to adjourn, seconded by James Battist. 
Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
