Meeting called to order by Plan Commission Chairperson Eugene Hasel. 
All members were present.
Motion made by Steve Nass to adopt the agenda, seconded by Tom Berns.
 Carried.  Motion made by Tom Berns to approve the minutes of the June
monthly meeting, seconded by Steve Nass.  Carried.
    Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the request for building
placement for Phil Battist for a detached garage on Hwy B, seconded by
Tom Berns.  Roll Call Vote:  Chairperson Hasel-aye, Tom Berns- aye,
Steve Nass- aye, James Battist-abstain, Hope Oostdik-aye. Carried.  
No action taken on the discussion of technology update.
No action taken on possible violations in the town. 
No action taken on the discussion of Master Plan and Comprehensive
Land Use.  The commission will begin reviewing ordinance 5-4
Subdivision Ordinance for updates.
Motion made by Hope Oostdik to adjourn, seconded by Tom Berns. 
Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
