May 2, 2006

Meeting called to order by Plan Commission Chairperson Eugene Hasel. 
All members were present.  Motion made by Steve Nass to adopt the
agenda, seconded by James Battist with correction of the town road
that Wilmer Streblowнs parcel split was occurring on North Shore Road
not Kroghville Rd.  Carried.      
    Period of Public Comment:  Margie Krueger was concerned about the
repair of Elm Point Road after utility work was done on the road. 
There were also concerns about the driveway at the bottom of the hill
for a new building site and the viewing area for the driveway.
    Steve Nass motioned to elect Eugene Hasel as Plan Commission
Chairperson, seconded by Arlie Wilke.  James Battist motion to cast a
unanimous ballot, seconded by Steve Nass.  Carried.   Arlie Wilke
motioned to elect Steve Nass as Vice Chairperson, seconded by Hope
Oostdik.  James Battist motioned to cast a unanimous ballot, seconded
by Arlie Wilke.  Carried.  Motion made by James Battist to elect Hope
Oostdik as Secretary, seconded by Arlie Wilke.  Arlie Wilke motioned
to cast a unanimous ballot, seconded by Steve Nass.  Carried.  
    Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the 2 acre, A-3 parcel split
for Wilmer Streblow as drawn with the a signed town affidavit and with
no further building sites on North Shore Road, seconded by Arlie
Wilke.  Carried.   Steve Nass motioned to move Lot #2 1.59 acres to
create an A-3 zone with existing buildings, seconded by Arlie Wilke. 
Carried.  
    Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the building placement for
agricultural storage on East Kroghville Road for Allan Howe, seconded
by James Battist.  Carried.  
    Motion made by Steve Nass to charge double fees to Mr. Howe for
beginning the building before receiving approval for the building
placement by the town plan commission, seconded by Arlie Wilke.
Carried.  
    Motion made by Steve Nass to remove Jim Markgraf from the agenda and
make him reapply as according to ordinance, seconded by Arlie Wilke.
Carried.  
    Motion made by Arlie Wilke to support Jefferson Countyнs amendment
to the County Zoning ordinance for consolidating parcels of record,
seconded by James Battist.  Carried.  
    Motion made by Steve Nass to adjourn, seconded by Arlie Wilke. 
Carried.  
    These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
