April 4, 2007

Meeting was called to order by Plan Chairperson Eugene Hasel.  All
members were present except Arlie Wilke.  Motion made by Hope Oostdik
to approve the agenda, seconded by James Battist.  Carried.  Motion
made by Steve Nass to approve the minutes of the March monthly meeting
and workshop, seconded by James Battist.  Carried.  Steve Nass
reported that Josh Schultzнs condo plat will need to start over, that
a PDR Commission was established by Jefferson County and that the
Phospurus Fertilizer Ban will need a State Ordinance in order for it
to happen.
    Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the request for variance for
Dawsonнs on Cedar Lane for a 7.1 foot set back from the road right of
way for a new residence, seconded by Hope Oostdik.  Carried.
    Bud and Sandy Crossman requested information regarding parcel splits
as did a resident for parceling off a buildable lot on Brian and
Michelle Rassmussenнs property along Hwy S and Korth Lane.
    The plan commission will be meeting on April 20th with Bruce Haulkum
at Jefferson County to review the Countyнs projection system.  Meeting
is posted.
    Violations:  Jay Meister on Hwy S possible excessive unlicensed
vehicles on property and the RV trailer is parked at the property on
Britzke Road again.
    Motion made by James Battist to adjourn, seconded by Hope Oostdik. 
Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
