Meeting was called to order by Plan Commission Chairperson Eugene
Hasel.  All members were present.  Motion made by Arlie Wilke to adopt
the agenda with one amendment to move item #7-c to position #7-a,
seconded by James Battist.  Carried.  
Motion made by Arlie Wilke to approve the minutes from the February
monthly meeting, seconded by James Battist.  Carried.  
Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the request for Building
Placement made by Dave Stausberg on Hwy S for an agricultural
workshop, seconded by James Battist.  Carried.
Motion made by Steve Nass to move the Carol Schneider/Robert
Turtenwald request for parcel split and rezone off of table, seconded
by James Battist.  Carried.  Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the
request for parcel split s with the condition that  Lot #1 have .68
acres removed and a new survey showing all the lots be submitted in
time for the Town Board Meeting on March 13, 2007, seconded by Arlie
Wilke.  Roll Call vote: Chairperson Hasel-aye, Arlie Wilke-aye, Steve
Nass-aye, James Battist-aye, Hope Oostdik-aye.   Carried.
Motion made by James Battist to remove the request for subdivision
plat made by Josh Schultz be removed from the table, seconded by Arlie
Wilke.  Carried.  Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the request for
subdivision plat with a rezone of A-1 to R-1 and Conditional Use,
seconded by Arlie Wilke.  Roll call vote: Chairperson Hasel-no, Arlie
Wilke-no, Steve Nass-no, James Battist-no, Hope Oostdik-no.  Request
Denied.  The discussion included a necessary rezone from A-1 to R-1
and that in an environmental corridor only one dwelling unit is
allowed for every 10 acres.
Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the next monthly meeting date to
be April 4, 2007 seconded by Hope Oostdik. Carried. 
Motion made by Steve Nass to adjourn, seconded by Arlie Wilke. 
Carried.
These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.
