Plan Commission Workshop

Workshop was called to order by Plan Commission Chairperson Eugene
Hasel.  All members were present.  Motion made by Arlie Wilke to
approve the agenda, seconded by James Battist.  Carried.
No information was recorded on the discussion with Margaret
Burlingham and the Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
Motion made to adjourn by Arlie Wilke, seconded by James Battist. 
Carried.
    These minutes are unapproved.  Any corrections made thereto will be
noted in the proceedings of the next meeting in which they are
approved.

Plan Commission Monthly Meeting

    Meeting was called to order by Plan Chairperson Eugene Hasel.  All
members were present.  Motion made by Arlie Wilke to approve the
agenda, seconded by Steve Nass.  Carried.  Motion made by Steve Nass
to approve the minutes of the January monthly meeting, seconded by
Arlie Wilke.  Carried.
Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the request for accessory land
division of 2.5 acres made by Carroll Haerterich of an existing
residence and outbuildings at W8406 Hwy B, seconded by James Battist.
Carried.  
    Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the parcel split of two
buildable lots on Woodfield Lane for Dr. James Wishau/Kindermanнs,
seconded by James Battist.  Carried.
    Motion made by Steve Nass to table the discussion of the request for
parcel splits mad by Carol Schneider/Rick Kottwitz for redesign,
seconded by Arlie Wilke.  Carried.
    Motion made by Eugene Hasel to table the discussion of the request
for a subdivision plat made by Josh Schultz on Hwy B, seconded by
Steve Nass.  Carried.
    Motion made by Steve Nass to approve the resolution for the Lake
Mills Comprehensive Land Use Plan, seconded by Arlie Wilke.  Carried.
    Motion made to adjourn by Arlie Wilke, seconded by Steve Nass. 
Carried.
