Meeting Minutes, Tuesday April 3rd, 2007, 6-7:15 p.m. at Lake Mills
City Hall
Acting Chairperson Mike Orcutt called the meeting to order at
6:05p.m.
Present: Melissa Fehrman, Mike Orcutt, and Stan Smoniewski, plus Jim
Heinz of the Lake Mills Town Board.
The agenda was accepted.  Mike motioned and Melissa seconded.  The
minutes for March were approved, Mike motioned and Melissa seconded.
Notice of the meeting was published in the Lake Mills Leader.


Town and City Report: There was no City or Town report.


Old Business:

A)    Long Range Plan for Rock Lake: The top recommendations were read. 
There was a short discussion of implementation strategies.  The next
step is to get up-to-date on the current status of items on the
implementation timeline.

B)    Boat Launch Ordinance and Beach Improvements: Melissa is drafting
a list of specific ideas to be discussed at the next meeting.

C)    Educational Brochure: The group reviewed the latest draft of the
brochure. There were several suggestions.  Stan will share specifics
with Glenn.

D)    Joint Rock Lake Meeting Format:  No Discussion.


New Business: none


Correspondence and Period of additional Public Comment:  Stan
informed the group that he would be attending the Wisconsin
Association of Lakes annual convention in Green Bay at the end of
April.



Adjournment: Stan moved to adjourn, 2nd by Mike.
