Most Common Violations
1) Have on board, properly sized PFD for each person
2) US Coast Guard approved throwable PFD required on watercraft 16
feet or longer
3) Maintain a working fire extinguisher on all enclosed boats
4) Display weight limit tags and operate within those limits
5) Slow-no-wake after sunset
6) Slow-no-wake within 100 feet of shore
7) Skiing, tubing, and jet-skiing allowed only between the hours of
10am to 7pm
