NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR TOWN OF LAKE MILLS, JEFFERSON COUNTY

	Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 13, 2006 at 8:00 pm
at the Town Hall of Lake Mills a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2008
BUDGET of the Town of Lake Mills in Jefferson County will be held. 
The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the town
clerkнs office or at www.townoflakemills.org. Please contact the Town
Clerk for additional information at (920) 648-5867.  The following is
a summary of the proposed 2008 Budget:

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF LAKE
MILLS, JEFFERSON COUNTY
	Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 13, 2007, at 8:00
pm, at the Lake Mills Town Hall, a special town meeting of the
electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(l)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes
by the town board for the following purposes will be held:	
1)	To approve the total year 2008 highway expenditures pursuant to
Section 81.01(3) of Wisconsin Statutes.
Hwy Maintainance	$64,947.00
Snow Removal	$50,000.00
Hwy Construction	$75,000.00
	Total		$189,947.00

2)	To adopt the 2007 town tax levy to be paid in 2008 pursuant to
Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
